I am getting trouble last one year, call connection & drop was common problem. But in last month, my usage is increased & found that the cross connection & drop also increased respectively while call making & receiving. I have made several attempt to Airtel customer care to rectify the same. Still the rectification of the same is awaited. Every month I am being asked to pay the call drop / cross connection charges.
I am fed with their trouble shooting process & I am being charged for poor service of Airtel itself.
Any input in this regard shall be appreciable.
