I have a 4 year old postpaid connection with airtel. I was facing problems every now and then through out but was solved. But now since last few months they are changing my plan again and again and when asked to give explanation they change the plan back and when called customer helpline they put everything other way round and try to impose everything on me as if they have obliged me for taking their service. It was too surprising to receive calls from collection department for only one month bill pending that too because I was charged thrice what I should receive and after making repeated calls no bill settlements and moreover to listen from exclanation dept that I cant get any reversal for the amt charged to me. This is for everyones information so you think twice or thrice before taking such service or being swindled in such a manner.
