Airtel Postpaid Connection
Outgoing stopped & not cancelling numbe

I had airtel postpaid connection which was commited to get start in 4 Hrs but started after 3 days, later outgoing calls were stopped due to non availability of ANNEXURE -E. I submitted the same to retail outlet from where i got the connection & they told me outgoing will resume in 2 hrs but today after 6 days outgoing is still blocked by them. The reason given by customer care is insufficient documents.i.e they have not uploaded my documents. Mr. Vijendra (owner of retail outlet) is not picking my phone nor his boss Mr. Ashish & even their Nodal Officer Mr.sandeep. They are neither disconnecting my connection Nor resuming my outgoing. Please Help...
