I have a post paid mobile connection (CUG) of Airtel Telecom Service Provider. On my bill paln, I took a rate cutter of Rs.99 (for 12 months) for reducing my STD charges to 50 paisa from Rs.1.50/-. Now the rate cutter plan ended on 21st of June'2011 and from 21st of June they charge Rs.1.50/- for STD call and it result a huge bill. Now the matter is that they send me the notification on 5th of July' and my complain is that why they have not send any notification on 21st or before, so that I could managed my bill plan accordingly. I have spoken to Airtel Customer Care in this regards, they told it was mistake and they refund me only Rs.200. But money is not matter, the matter is they are ensuring that their service is better in the industry, so why the customer like us will suffer for the mistake of their service. I want full justice regarding my bill plan.
