Billing Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Airtel service from one year and and long back i have activate GPRS plan of Rs98 in which 2GB internet facality is free. I was informed that after 2GB data service will be utilized automatically service of internet would be deactivated, "which doesnt happen" and when I received bill, the amount of bill was Rs 12438.09 were as my credit limit was Rs 5000.

When I asked the airtel Nodel Officers about the same they are unable to provide the solution and not ready to waived off the GPRS amount. I informed them that I am reday to pay call charges and monthly rent buy they are not accepting.

Kindly Help me out with the solution.
