Sir,
I paid my outstanding Airtel mobile bill (details are given below) for the month of jun on
01 Jul but it was not credited against my mobile bill and outstanding reflected in the month of bill of
Jul then i registered a complaint with airtel vide no 38560619 dated 19 Jul and after that i got conformation that you have to pay the amount for this month only and your payment of 01 Jul will be refleted in next bill but in this month bill also still outstanding is reflected and i am getting daily two three calls from airtel customercare and i am giving all the details of payment, they will tell me that we will register a complaint but still i have not got any response
Kindly help me solve the settelment
