I had a problem in this month bill for my postpaid connection. I had called the customer care 8 times and sent mail to their higher authority twice.
For the 8 times, customer care executives said the same line " We will call you back". But till now I dint get any call from them. I think they were not ready to give proper explanation on this billing issue. They are not so responsible for their customer. I am very tired of calling them. Instead I made their payment. But finally I am not happy with the Airtel Customer care service. I am gonna opt for some other service provider who cares about their customer very well.
