Airtel prepaid balace debited without my requesting any services
Request for refund the debited amount

I have two prepaid airtel connection in my name. One is 9910162603 and other is 9910346283 with lifetime validity and 60 paise per minutes call rate for the both numbers.

I exactly not remembered but from the 1st day of December to date i.e. 25/02 my available balance was debited by airtel without authorised them or requesting or unising dilling any services by me and redueced to nil in respect of my mobile no. 9910162603.

In the same way, many times between the period from the month of October to date i.e. 25/02 my available balance was debited by airtel without authorised them or requesting or unising dilling any services by me and redueced to nil in respect of my mobile no. 9910346283 also.

In view of the above, I request to provide the details of charges with services for which the amount has been debited in the account of my both mobiles through my email address i.e. [email protected]. I further request that the amount debited in my both accounts may please be refunded to me at the earliest to keep me with airtel for ever.
