Dear Sir,
I have taken a new SIM of Airtel prepaid in month of october, and have submitted all my necessary documents along with it.i.e.passport size, PAN card etc. After 4 months Airtel service provider banned my outgoing call without any prior notification that the necessary documents have not been submitted. Since I am a working lady and inspite of my busy schedule I submitted my documents once again to the nearest airtel Service centre. They assured me that the outgoing call will be strated within 24 hrs. I have submitted my documents on 31st march but till now my outgoing call have not been started. Inspite of calling them twice a day and telling my problem nothing have been done. I have suffered a lot because of this and this had also affected my clients. Still now my outgoing call have not been started, may i know the reason behind this.
