Unnecessary Amount deduction/ irresponsible customer care

Hi Had done recharge to cell phone number 9880458766, through online recharge facility of HDFC and i received msg from Airtel stating you are successfully recharged for rs 98, but when i check for balance i found only 10Rs, when i called customer care they are not responding properly and giving false assurance that it will be rectified today and tomorrow like
