Dear sir,

I am an Airtel customer. Recently I had recharged a sum of Rs. 249.00 in my airtel mobile with no: 91-7259176595, on dt.12/03. But, 48hours later I found all my money deducted from my account. When I complained the customer care executive he forward my complaint with the complaint no. CBDCC30314937557 and asked me wait for 72hours. After 72hours when I called again to ask about my complaint on dt.18/03 at about 11:00AM, a customer care executive mis-behaved me and disconnected the call without solving my problems. In addition he blocked my call to customer care. When, again I called with a mobile of my friend, even he blocked his number to customer care. Now I am even unable to contact any customer care executive for which I feel mental punishment from Airtel. So, I request for a help to solve my problem. Here I must mention that my language during the conversation was HINDI.
