Balance deduction due to their own management mistake

Dear Sir/Madam,

I don't know when did they activate a weekly subscrition on my mobile and cut Rs. 20/- on it's name. Then i contacted airtel customer care on around 2nd or 3rd june and they gave me a reference no. COVDE20604432795. I again contacted them on next day and they told me that they have removed such subscription from my mobile no. Now on 10th june again i got a message of balance deduction and found Rs 20/- deducted from my account... What does it mean???... Please take some valid action against these activities because these activities decreases the trust of customers.
