My number is 9945509635. I am an Airtel prepaid customer in bangalore. Its been more than a week now since I submitted the required documents but, I'm still unable to make outgoing calls or send messages though I can receive calls.
I have called customer care several times and have also visited the airtel customer relationship center nearly 4 times now. They all have the same answer. They say that everything is fine and no one has an answer.
My balance shows 176.68 and the sim is valid upto 21/08.
I will have to change carriers if the problem is not rectified soon. I hope Airtel grasps the gravity of my problem. I have been unable to make some important calls due to which I have lost a number of my clients.
