Calling to customer care center is chargable!!!

Hi,

I have been charged for calling to Airtel customer care center recently. When asked they are saying, to give world class service they are charging every one who calls from 121 0r 9845098450. This is peak of ignorance from Airtel. They want to make money on customer care also? Airtel should be sued for this.
