I got the message from Airtel stating the documents need to be submitted and on the same day i submitted the same. but still they disconnected my service (both incoming and outgoing).
Called customer care to report the lady spoke with respect and rigidly. i told her i'm not satisfied with your reponse & service. After few day it started working automatically.
My husband recharged my account online. and i got the message its successfull. but its not updated in the balance.

Will this be updated. i'm running out of balance now.
Not satisfied with the Airtel service. because i got the message again to submit the documents.
