Dear Airtel Service Provider,
My outgiong call has been barred without informing, the next day i submiitted the documents in Airtel Customer Center near Rajkumar road bangalore.
But due to their improper submission of Document to main nodal office, till now my outgoing is unbarred.
I called customer care, almost some 20 people talked to me for two days and every one said it can be done within 48hrs.
Then finally i called to nodal office, they said the same thing..
But it did not get rectified.
So my concern is why u people give assurance and waste even our time.
See now i have to change my number and its very diffcult to give the contact to all known people.
I want proper explainations about my number please
