Dear sir,
I am using Airtel for more than 2 years. My number is 9004252177. Now a week ago, my outgoing calls were blocked on my number. I am a mumbai customer and in some other state at the moment. When i called the customer care, they tell me to resubmit my identification details which is not possible for me as i am out of mumbai.
I also updated my details at an Airtel gallery last year around november and using this no for more than 2 years without any problems. But without any reason i am being asked to re-submit the documents again (which are already with you) while i am on roaming an its not possible for me.
I hope you will look in to this matter and come up with a solution asap.
