FORCEFUL ACTIVATION OF UNWANTED SERVICE - HELLO TUNES

My MOBILE No. is 9981624952 INDORE, and for the last one week I've being complaining for refund of my money 45/- for hello tunes which was forcefully activated and imposed on my phone thereby deducting the amount from the balance without my prior consent.

How can they register customer's number to unwanted services without their permission??? without any reason they are deducting balances in the name of unregistered services...!!!

Please do needful and refund me my money back.
