Converted my plan

I have a airtel prepaid connection 9890690407 was of friendz (1) plan but as some one else "X" person recharged me account by mistake. Airtel has changed my plan to general on date 5th december

as i said to cancel the recharge as i didnot do it they refused to cancel the recharge

and after calling many times to customer care they said that it will get changed but no response till today that is 21st dec from 5th dec

i hope my problem will be solved as soon as possible
