Non delivery of product

I download a game from airtel. For downloading game Rs.99 deeucted from my a/c but game was not delivered. I complaint customer service (complaint no.1230247959 &1230373719) but in vain. Every time they are telling that you will receive game in 2 hrs.but neither game is coming nor they are refunding money.
