I have been getting cricket alerts from 54321 which I dont want

Dear Sir,

I have been getting Cricket Alerts from Airtel No. 54321 and I have tried all the options to unsubscribe the service however the service is just not stopping and everytime Rs. 3 is deducted for each sms and reduces my balance. I have called Airtel call center but I am helpless and still sms are comming. It completely jams my inbox.

I would have changed the service provider however the number I have shared with many of my friends.

Kindly register my complaint against Airtel and take urgent action to unsubscribe this service and help me get refund of my money.
