Dear sir,

these is second time that am facing a problm, such that the airtel is deductng anorthorise money without any resons, if i call customer care then, they solve the problm by saying " SIR U HAVE BEEN SUBSCRIBE ****SERVICE ON DATE **/**.. " & put the call down, we have knowled that, to activat any service, subscribtin, we wnt 2 dial smthng or by sendng msg to actvt it, but airtel is doing fraud with customer, such things r indicated that the airtel is not able to compite with another leading networks, so that airtel collecting business (money) through these way... WHAT AN IDEA SIR JI... LAGE RAHO AIRTEL...

plz india take some action on it, nt bcz its matter of mine, but this types of problms r pushing india back, and being reason for hike prices & like that... plz think on it
