I am Kunal Chatterjee from Bhopal, M.P.
I have been a customer of Airtel Prepaid Mobile from the past 3-4 years wih my mobile no. being 9755105495.Recently, on 6th January I got a SMS from Airtel upon Balance Enquiry that if I recharge my account by Rs.27, thenn as an offer I shall have all my calls at Re.0.01/cal to Airtel & Re.0.012/cal to oher mobiles and also an added balance of Rs.24 in 48 hours.
But not getting the said balance, I called the Airtel Customer care on 8th Jan. They asked me to wait for sometime before they credit the said balance. But still I didnt get the balance, and I called on 12th Jan again (Reference No.0109510649) for which they told that I'l get the balance on 14th Jan before 2.30pm, but still I didnt get the credit.
I again called somedays back but they arent responding or crditing my account as per the same plan.
Why is it dat they are deviating from their assured offer, why is it that these Telecom operators dupe us with their plethora of offers and then run away from their responsibility of looking into the matter and properly following the case.
Please arrange to take this matter, so that we the customers dont suffer at the hands of these telecom Operators.
