Wrong activation of hello tune

Wrong subscription of hello tune.

i haven't receive any call regarding any caller tune scheme.

neither i have send any sms nor anything regarding caller tune has been confirmed by me.

still hellotune was activated on my mobile no.by just sending and sms giving me the acknowledgement of hellotune.

even my customer care no. is not working.

so kindly consider my complaint for wrong activation of caller tune and give my deducted amount back in my prepaid balance
