Dear All,
Airtel co as been wrongly deducting money from my sister prepaid card when she has not opted for any facility.
She had complained in the customer service twice for the refund in the end they said they will refund the money back on Feb 8 i.e. today
She called up today and they have refused to pay back and has barred her from calling Customer Service
What can we the consumer do if these things happen and where do we go.
Airtel being such a big Co. have behaved so indecently that its scary
