No out going calls

Dear sir,

I am having airtel prepaiarlier from d connection no.9096245039 (Nashik). i am unable to do any outgoing calls.

repeatedly this problem is reoccuring at first time igot positive result from your help but after few calls again there is same problem.

please see to it.
