Hello

i am navin mohurle and my mobile number is 9890382149

I recharged my phone with rs.89 on 6 th of january for gprs usage where i was told that i can use 100 mb in day time and 2 gb in the night.but on 28 th of january, at 6 am in the morning, you deducted my download from my daytime usage which was around 36 mb and also deducted my whole balance which was around rs.23.And when i complaint about it at my nearest airtel relationship centre at Nandanwan in Nagpur, they refused to help giving excuses.

So i request you to please refund my balance at least which was deducted due to the billing error.
