Im using airtel prepaid connection in surat city of gujrat state. I had a recharge of 102Rs on 2nd march for which i was due to get 500 msgs per day for a month. it was activated on my mobile on the same day and i was using it also but at around after 11:00 pm a charge of Rs1.50 was deducted from my account balance for every message i sent. And when i complained for the same i was offered an extra day to the validity of sms pack, where i was charged for around some 20-25 messages. And also on the same day i had a recharge of Rs 25, for which my calls to all airtel numbers all over india will be charged by 30paise per minute for 10 days and it was activated in the evening but from around 11Pm i was charged 50 paise for every call i made to an airtel number, i had an approximate usage of 180-200 minutes for which i was charged 50 paise instead of 30Paise, an extra of 20 paise per minute and when i complained about this to cusomer care executive i was offered an extra day to validity of 10 days
No one from airtel is ready to give any assistance..they are not even ready to listen to it..they just say we can give u an extra day to the validity of this pack and nothing else can be done..they offered sorry for the inconvinence and the loss... its a financial loss and serious mental harrasement for me... and a strong action is required against airtel
