TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
i got a recharge done on my airtel prepaid connection for Rs.80. This recharge gives the offer that for 1 month the customer will be given 500 free sms daily. I got the recharge done on 25th Feb and got the service then. But the following day i was again being charged normal rates per sms. This was not to have happened.
I lodged a complaint in the Airtel customer care and they said that my problem will be solved within 2nd March by 1.30pm. My problem was not solved by then and I called up again. I was then given the date of 4th March. But my problem was not solved then too. I called up the customer care again and asked. They said that my problem will be resolved by today, i.e. 5th March. But my problem is yet not solved and now i am not even being allowed connection to the customer care. I want my problem resolved ASAP.
