Auto Cricket service activation

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using Airtel prepaid services and my number is 9004484921 which I am using as a Landline.

I had activated DND services on 13/11 Reg Num (S1014674477).

But still Getting promotional SMS.

Speacial I am fed up with the (cricket score update services).

This service activated about 3 times whenever there is a match this service activated itself.

I had complaint about the same to Airtel. But only getting solution to contact near Airtel Gallary.

And the closest Airtel Gallary is about 30KM from my house.

I stay at Mumbra and Gallary is in Thane and Mulund.

And there is no use of going to gallary because I will be getting no resolution.

I am having hope on Consumer Complaint forum that this will be resolve sooner and no other person will have same issue in future.
