To continue Mcampus scheme

Dear sir/ Madam,

sir i am using airtel Mcampus sim with no. 9096746321. its validity will expire on 6th april. i hv rechargerd it on 7th for validity extention by contacting cuctomer care. first they said 196 Rs recharge. i hv done it but my sim tranfered to lifetime n normal scheme that i dont want.

sir, your executives are saying that i hv done 196 n 43 Rs two recharges. so that converted to new scheme that i not done actually. so they hv not given any efficient help. and they had given me wrong information about schemes thats why i hv lossed my 196 Rs n time.

so sir, i want my Mcampus scheme. if it cannot you provide then you return my money n my mental harrasment n time plz...
