Suddenly Disconecction by the Company

Dear General Manager,

Airtel

I have prepaid connection of Airtel for last 3 years having Mobile No. 9896634207 in the name of Sandeep Singhal. My incoming and outgoing calls are suddenly disconnected by the Company and Customer Care Centre told me that a request has been made from your mobile for disconnection but I assured them that I have not made any request for disconnection but of no use. Please activate my connection immediately without any delay as I am facing very difficulty.
