1. Airtel prepaid sims are sold through retail outlets. We submit all docs. It's duty of the Airtel to get the docs. Instead after a week, automated message says that, " ENROL FORM NOT RECIEVED. IF NOT RECIEVED SERVICE WILL BE DEACTIVATED". If we call Airtel customer are, they will say, we can't help.
2. Airtel activate Airtel caller tune without customer consent. Infact, I made them to credit back my money on this.
Does TRAI, have any public interest & will it give some guidlines to these operators. I
