Unwanted Services Activated without Concern

I recently purchased an Airtel Prepaid line 7738342861. Later I had received a miscall which when I called back a recorded message played tome stating that “You can select you Hello Tunes... bla bla ” and immediately I disconnected line. After while, I received a message stating that Hello Tunes were activated for my line and amount for activation of hello tune is automatically deduct from my prepaid balance. Similarly after couple of days later suddenly I start receiving SMS messages asking me to come for chatting, call me, whether I like to have Hot nights and any time of the day which was very disturbing and annoying.

Then I visited the Bandra West Airtel Office to lodge a complaint and while I was standing in the queue there, I heard two more other female subscribers too complaining over the land line phones kept over there the same issue which I was facing to an agent and then when my turn came the fair lady at the counter deactivated all the unwanted services which were activated on me like Hello Tunes, Chatting, ext. which I never even requested to activate nor I have any idea how it was activated on my line.

Well, few more day went pass by suddenly again a miss call came and when I called back same Hello tunes message was played back to me and when disconnected, after a while I received a message stating that Hello Tunes were activated and an amount was deducted from my line and the again stated to all the chatting/dating messages coming back in my line and I was totally furious and called an agent to lodge a complaint and I was told that after 15 days all such call/sms will be deactivated and given a Reference Number as well.

However, now it is more that 20 days I am still facing the same issue and my funds are being deducted from my line unnecessarily. This is cheating the subscribers and AirTel have no rights to activate any services when called back on missed calls. Even if the subscriber calls back it should not be connected to any such funds looting service of AirTel instead should send SMS. This totally a unethical business practice of Airtel.
