Air Tel - Prepaid
De-activation of my line

I was using my prepaid card since the last 5 years and was paid for the life time incoming also but due to some reason i left india and came back after 5 months but when i try to insert my sim card it showed me your number is barred i called air tel customer service and visited personally also but they said since i did not use my sim for more than 3 months they di-activated my services, how can they do this after collecting the life time incoming money i need my number as it is very importatnt for me can any one help me in this regards.
