Default balance amount

I recharged Rs. 210/- by my best recharge offer on 17 Dec. In this offer they paid full talk time but in my case they paid Rs. 188.39 instantly and rest of amount unpaid till date 20 Dec. This was E-recharge and Trans. Id 709248951. I tried several times to talk customer care in 121 each call i paid Rs.0.50 but they disconnect my call. Your customer care service is very poor and hope that if this complaint reach to you plz paid me my balance talk time of Rs.21.61. My mobile no.is 9589943052
