My dear Sir/Maam,

I am Lt Col Jagjit Singh from the Indian Army. I got posted from Delhi to Pathankot. I retained my Delhi Airtel No 09971512541 since all my near and dear ones call on it. To avoid hassles, I got it recharged for approximately Rs 5, 000/- before moving to Pathankot. To my horror, the Airtel Number stopped working after some time. On my interaction with the local Airtel office at Pathankot, I was asked to resubmit my identity proof at Delhi only. On getting leave, I did the needful and was issued a duplicate sim card which I was told would activate after 7 days. But it did not. I am at a loss of words and fail to understand how my hard earned money has been looted by Airtel in addition to gross deficiency in services.

I would request you to kindly reactivate my Delhi Airtel Number 09971512541 at the earliest. If there is some technical hitch, kindly transfer the balance amount to the new Airtel number 09876554221 which I was forced to buy at Pathankot.
