i would to bring it to your kind notice that since last one month my account balance has been eroded automatically by activating silly VAS services without my knowledge.i have lost almost 100 rupees and currently my bal is rs. (-)7.75
when i contacted customer care the person was so rude that it seemed that i have committed a crime by taking an airtel connection.
i had been using airtel for past 1 year and never faced a problem but from last one month or so my balance is being deducted for no rhyme or reason and receive msg that some VAS service has been activated which i never allowed to be activated.
i am from a very humble background and keep cell phone for emergency only. i cannot afford such indiscriminate deduction.
i would like a satisfactory response from ur side and lost balance credited to my account on account of silly VAS services which i would hv never activated if given a choice.
or else nw i would hv to switch to other service providers as new mnp has arrived.
