Dear Sir,

I think it is the time when airtel must waste some time over its policies. When I bought airtel prepaid, I was proud of being on the india's best network but now a days I feel be cheated. I have following complains against you:-

(i) Your charges for either call or sms are higher than any other operator.

(ii) GPRS speed is also not as good as it used to be.

(iii) Here is the conversation I faced while trying to call customer care:

(a) when I called '121' it said I've not sufficient balance to call this number while I had 25 Rs in my account. So how much do you charge for a call to Customer Care?

(b) When I tried to call '198', two times they say 'do you hear me? ' and disconnected the call. And when third they hear me, they don't listen me. They go on saying 'Please hold We are stopping your hello tune.' while I was not talking about any hello tune. then I had to finally disconnect my call myself otherwise they would surely make me consult a mental doctor. I think airtel are making their employee to work extra hours, that's why they are being so rude.

So, finally I've decided to go to other network using MNP and hope you will fully cooperate with me.
