Deduction of balance without notification

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

My mobile no. is 9910915997 and service provider is Airtel, it always happens that they activate any service by their own and starts deducting the balance and if complained and asked for a refund then they say sorry it can't be done, so kindly look in the matter.
