Purchased new prepaid Airtel on 25th, Feb got activated but :
No incoming calls
NO SMS done
If called by other person calls received by stranger, he says it is my no. i.e .8146344717
if Called always SWITCH OFF, Vodafone message flashed
SIM returned to retailer, but he has no answe
