Bad Customer care service

Hello,

I have ported my number to airtel from idea. I am unable to activate my 3G. Whenever i send SMS 3G to 121 they reply me that "We are unable to process your request! Please try again later. " Also I am unable to get LIVE settings. I tried sending SMS to to 54321 but still unable to get setting.

Also i am unable to connect to customer care executives.
