I bought 2 prepaid sims from Airtel. The number are 9003268196 and 9003268193. I have supplied proof of address and photographs twice. Once to teh retailer and once to the Customer care centre at Chetput. But still they have barred outgoing calls. The call centre is one of the worst I have ever seen. When we want to contact the customer service executive and press the required button, it says thank you for calling airtel and cuts the line. I really dont know what to do. Please help. One of the cards has almost Rs. 600 balance.
