Decrement of amount

am AJEESH TK using airtel prepaid connection MDN 9995402424 the amount has been decrement in second time yesterday (24 march) am recharge 20 RS the amount full of decreased am not use (data&voice).i allready msg to portabilty at a time exicutieve talk to me

the amount has been credited within 3 days but the amount not recieved pls clarify the complaint and take good decision
