Sir,
On 15/03 a caller tune was set to my connection automatically without my consent.
It was known to me when I received a message regarding balance deduction.
I called to customer care and registered a complaint
Then he told me that he is going to forward the call to his senior.
But no one picked the call and was automatically disconnected.
I tried again calling customer care but could not because I was directed to some other computerized instructions telling me to send an sms to know my balance and validity.
So I came to know that I am banned from calling to customer care. On 18/03, I had sent an Email to Airtel. In replay they informed me that an amount of Rs20/- would be credited in 24 hours. Then the Hello Tune got deactivated successfully but the deducted amount (Rs20/-) is not credited to my account. Again I sent Email, i got same replay and the result was same. And they did not replay to my third mail.
So i request you sir, to take necessary action
