I HAVE BEEN USING AIRTEL FOR PAST 2 YEARS.MY NO IS 9163563485.I WAS GIVEN A OFFER OF 10P/MIN A2A AND 30P/MIN TO OTHERS ON 3.04.2011 FOR 6 MONTHS.ON 16.04.2011 I HAVEBEEN TRASFERRED TO 1P/SEC PLAN.I WANT EXPLANATION.I WAS GUARENTEED THAT I WILL GET PROPER SERVICE WHEN I ASKED FOR MY PORT NUMBER.
