Not geting proper response from cse

Dear Sir,

I am using airtel M-check facility to recharge my mobile no 9867333973, normally it got recharged within seconds but on 13 may I recharged the same but I didn't get the balance. I contacted the no 198 on 14 may (7:50 am) for complain but did not received the proper response they even not know their facility properly and they disconnected the call while asking for their superior.
