I am continuous nonsense messages and phone calls from numbers with the prefix of 54321..like 5432162245801, 54321622840, 5432162245853, 5432162245856, 5432162245837, 54321622458, 5432166502640

It's been a month since I am getting such messages & phone calls. They are very irritating.

I get messages regarding friendship and desperate chats!

Please help!
