MY MOB NO IS 9678803646 AND 9678803650 IN WHICH AIRTEL COMPANY DEDUCTED RS 81/- AND 43/- ON 01 JUN 11 AND 31 MAY 11. MY COMPLAINT NOS FOR THE SAMEE WERE 30602419248 AND 30531232318. BUT AIRTEL DID NOT LISTTEN EVEN I WROTE TO AIRTEL AUTHORITIES AND THEY ARE NOT WILING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE .

As per the Service Request number 0531232318, we would like to inform you that there is a charge of Rs. 41.40/- for the browsing charges towards Mobile Office (airtelgprs.com) on 31-05.
Further, we are not able to credit the amount of Rs. 41.40/- as the charges are valid as per the usage.
In order to avoid balance depletion, we request you to delete the Mobile Office settings.
Also, we request you to dial *567# to deactivate Mobile Office Service.
