Dear Sir,

My airtel No: 9840682947 chennai sim. Last week i did recharge for 100RS. But today surprisingly my sim not working display page showing inactive sim. When calling to customer care they are simply telling your verification to be updated thats y they blocked ur sim like that.

I am airtel user since 2003 to till date even full life time i wish to continue service. Moreover i use to get lot of official smses to my number but now today specially my Birthday but i didnt able to get birthday wishes also so sad to write. Please do active my sim. Now i am in international roaming from 26.10.2010 to till date. May be after 5 month i will be back to india chennai then i will submit address proof as requested by airtel customer care executives. Untill pls be patient and do me needful.

Please note already i have given my vote id card copy for identification proof. At the time of taking this prepaid number in 2003 i have given my passport copies for identy proof. But still they needed to update. I cant able to get it your question why you have inactive my sim??? Please active it atleast for today because today 18.06.2011 is my birthday.
